The nature of the project: Breaking through yourself and challenging yourself
The equipment: Professional high-altitude training ground, safety and reliable high-altitude bridge training rack, CE standard or UIAA certified outdoor extreme sports protection rope lock.
Project description: It is a high-altitude breakthrough oneself project. Under the condition of full protection, climb up to 8 meters above the ground alone, and walk alone to one side of the broken bridge. One leg jumps, the other falls on the opposite of the broken bridge, and then land safely under the guidance of the coach.
Project significance: The main points of the activity are self-conversation in the process of self-challenge, as well as the adjustment of self-state. At the same time enhance self-confidence and the courage to break through the status quo.
1. Dress casual, don't wear skirt, suits, leather shoes. Shoes should be casual, anti-skid, and suitable for sports.
2. Students with severe acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, cerebral infarction, lumbar spine, cervical vertebra and pregnancy should not participate in this activity.
3. Follow the coach's instructions and keep in mind the essentials. Follow the operation procedure and safety steps. It is strictly forbidden to make a decision without authorization, not to listen to the command and coordination.
